  • Gift vouchers are valid only at Hush Puppies-owned stores and are not applicable at franchise store
  • Multiple Hush Puppies GVs may be combined and redeemed together in a single billing transaction.
  • Only valid and authentic Hush Puppies GVs, as determined at the sole discretion of Hush Puppies, will be accepted for redemption.
  • The Hush Puppies GV cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.

  • Hush Puppies, Pine Labs, or any of their partners shall not be liable if an outlet is unable to accept the GV due to operational or technical reasons. In such cases, the customer will be required to settle the bill through alternate means.
  • In the event of a technical issue resulting in temporary blockage of the Hush Puppies GV, the same will be reactivated within 72 hours, wherever applicable.
  • Any disputes should be raised with the issuing company from whom the Hush Puppies GV was received, and their decision shall be final and binding.
  • Hush Puppies or Pine Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Hush Puppies GV in case of any fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized activity.
  • Hush Puppies or Pine Labs reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
