  • E-Gift Card will be accepted in Lulu Hypermarket, Lulu Fashion Store, Lulu Connect, Lulu Celebrate, Lulu Xpress, Lulu Daily and Lulu Webstore (Online) across India.
  • E-gift Card is valid only for one year from the date of activation and shall cease to be valid from the date of expiry.
  • E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash refund in part/full will be provided.
  • Lulu will not be responsible for any loss/misuse of E-Gift Card, Password/PIN and no demand for reissue/compensation for the loss will be entertained.
  • Once the E-Gift Card is issued/redeemed, request for cancellation will not be entertained.
  • Should the purchase value exceed the value of the E-Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer.
  • E-Gift Cards are valid for one time redemption only. Any balance amount after redemption will be forfeited.

  • The holder of the E-Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
