Jio Starter Pack Gift Card & Vouchers

The Jio Starter Pack Gigt Voucher for redemption in Self KYC process is issued by Reliance Retail Limited (RRL).

The validity period of the voucher is 6 months from the date of issuance.

No extension of the validity period or refund will be provided if the voucher is not used before expiry.

The voucher is applicable for Rs. 349 pre-paid plan.

The benefits of this pre-paid plans are applicable as per the benefits offered at the time of redemption.

Once issued, the voucher cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned and not transferable.

The voucher can be redeemed only during ordering a Jio SIM via the online Self KYC process.

The voucher can be redeemed during Self KYC only for the plan that matches its value only.

The voucher must be used in a single transaction; multiple vouchers cannot be applied in the same transaction.

The voucher can be purchased for a fixed denomination of ₹349 and the voucher code and PIN will be sent to purchaser and the bearer of the voucher code and PIN will be considered the customer for the voucher (“Customer”). 

Once received, the voucher can be used immediately to complete Self KYC.

The voucher can be purchased online and redeemed pan India wherever Jio Self KYC services are offered.

To redeem the voucher:

Step1: Visit https://www.jio.com/selfcare/selfkyc/ from your mobile device.

Step 2: Enter your details and complete the Self KYC process.

Step 3: Choose the ₹349 prepaid plan and redeem the voucher using “Digital Gift Card” payment method  on the payment page of the Self KYC process.

The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, cannot be reloaded, and cannot be used to purchase other vouchers/gift cards. Partial redemption is not allowed; 

Voucher redemption is subject to applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which will be borne by the customer if applicable.

Once the voucher has been sent to the customer, the customer is responsible for protecting the voucher number and PIN.

The bearer of the voucher code is deemed the beneficiary; redemption constitutes valid discharge of RRL’s obligation.

If Customer ports the Jio SIM number then this selected plan benefits shall automatically stand terminated for the remaining period.

Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by RRL to conduct further, similar or other offers

The bearer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

RRL reserves the right to suspend, block, or cancel vouchers suspected of fraud, misuse, policy violations, or breaches of law, including attempts to hack, manipulate, or exploit the system, which may result in legal action.

The Customer hereby gives consent that the personal information that is provided in connection with this offer might be processed, transferred and retained by RRL and other entities involved in managing the offer.

RRL shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, damage, expenses, cost, or third-party liability arising directly or indirectly from the use or redemption of the voucher.

RRL’s overall liability will not exceed the value of the voucher.

If RRL partners with a third party for a voucher promotion, the promotion will be subject to the third party’s terms and conditions, and RRL will not be responsible for any cancellation or changes made by the third party.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

RRL reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice; modifications shall be binding on the bearer.

Voucher delivery is normally instant; however, due to system issues, delivery may be delayed up to 24–48 hours.
