  • In-Store Redemption: Visit any CaratLane or Shaya physical store across India. Present your 16-digit Gift Card number and 6-digit PIN to the store representative at the time of billing to apply the balance to your purchase.
  • Online Redemption: Redeem via CaratLane.com or the CaratLane Mobile App (available on iOS and Android).
  • Log in to your account or sign up using your registered mobile number.
  • Add your desired items to the cart and proceed to the Payment Page.
