How To Redeem:

  • Go to “My Account” section to access “Gift Card” tab
  • Add your 16 digit gift card code and PIN to redeem your gift card
  • The gift card amount is added to your redBus wallet
  • Alternatively, on the payment page also, you can choose to redeem your gift card by tapping on “Have a redBus gift card?” section
  • You can use this redBus wallet to make bookings on redBus

Where To Redeem:

  • Gift card amount will be added to your redBus wallet which may then be used to make bookings on the redBus website www.redbus.in and the mobile application thereof (“redBus Platform”), subject to the terms and conditions below
  • The gift card amount added will be valid for 1 year from the date of being added to your redBus wallet, post which it will automatically expire.
  • Once the initial value loaded onto the card is exhausted, it cannot be reloaded or topped up.
  • You cannot withdraw cash from a gift card, nor can you transfer the balance to another person's wallet or bank account.
  • The redBus wallet limit is INR 10,000 only.
  • If you have an amount in redBus the wallet from multiple sources, the amount uploaded via the gift card will always be prioritised while utilising the wallet amount for payments.
  • In case of multiple gift cards being added to your redBus wallet, the gift cards having the earliest expiration date will be applied to your purchases on the redBus Platform.
  • This gift card amount cannot be clubbed with any other bank offer discount/cashback/promotion, etc. offered on the redBus Platform .
  • In case the gift card amount does not get added to your redBus wallet, , the amount will be automatically refunded to the same gift card within 72 (seventy-two) hours.
  • We reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/withdraw or vary all of these terms and conditions.
