How to Redeem

• Redeeming on the website.
• The customer goes to crossword.in. Selects the product of his choice.
• Proceeds to the checkout page.
• Click on “Crossword Gift Cards”
• Enter the Card number and PIN and click on “Use Gift Card”. The card will be redeemed. In case there is any balance payment to be done, the customer can use the other payment modes.
• Redeeming in Crossword Stores.
• The customer comes to the cashpoint with the card. Gives the Card number PIN to the cashier
• The cashier checks the balance.
• The cashier informs the customer that the entire amount has to be consumed in a single transaction.
• The cashier redeems the card the using the Gift card against the products.
• The balance of the card has to be redeemed in a single transaction.

This E-Gift Card can be redeemed at select Crossword stores across India. Not Valid at Crossword Franchisee Stores.

  • This E-Gift Card can be redeemed at select Crossword stores across India. Not Valid at Crossword Franchisee Stores.
  • This E-Gift Card can be redeemed only once in stores in a single transaction.
  • The E-Gift card can be redeemed multiple times on www.crossword.in. But it will get blocked once used in stores.This E-Gift Card cannot be used for a payment in case of home delivery.
  • If the order value exceeds the value of the E-Gift Card, the balance must be paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking or cash.
  • This E-Gift Card will expire 12 months from the date of activation.
  • This E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for Cash or Credit Note.
